"Discovery of Asian Flavors"

Each dinner will be individually designed and prepared by selected guest
Chefs to focus on specific Asian cuisines, bringing you the essence and
spirit of each culture in a traditional or "Fusion" way.

These dinners are organized for the benefit of a school for the Children
of the Region of Bantey-Srei, Province of Siem-Reap (Cambodia). The cost
of the school is $ 17,000 and will enable 200 children, from 5 to 15 years
old, to benefit from education for the first time in their lives. Your
help and donations are essential for the building of their future and
the future of their country.

Owner and Chef at the "Elephant Walk" in Boston
Longteine de Monteiro is the acclaimed author of the first Cambodian Cookbook
(signed copies will be available at the dinners)
The price of the dinner is $ 95.00, of which $ 52.00 is tax deductible,
the "Discovery of Asian Flavors" Menu, wine, and Asian Tea.
A raffle will be held at the dinner for prizes that include a
pair of tickets to London on Virgin Atlantic !
